Instructions:

1. Clean the nipples to remove body oils and skin debris. Dry your nipples with a towel.
2. Apply nipple petal covers one side at a time. Make sure that during application, your nipple is in the center of the nipple cap. If you are not satisfied with the result, take off and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple shield onto the skin.

Recommendations:
1. Do not use brush, nails or other irritating cleaning solutions to clean nipple covers. All you need is warm water or a mild liquid soap.
2. Wash nipple shields by hand and do not dry them in the sun.
3. We recommend not using nipple shields on scars, wounds or sensitive skin.
